Linear INT High CRI

EcoSpec® Linear INT High CRI: 90+

The EcoSpec Linear INT series is now also available with a 90+ CRI rating. Color Rending Index (CRI) is a measure describing a light source’s ability to represent various object colors as compared to a natural light source, such as daylight or incandescent. CRI is calculated from the differences in the chromaticities of eight CIE standard color samples (CIE 1995) when illuminated by a light source and by a reference illuminant of the same correlated color temperature (CCT); the smaller the average difference in chromaticities, the higher the CRI.*

Light sources with a high CRI are recommended in color-critical applications such as retail, art galleries and grocery displays, where lighting is used to enhance the appearance of merchandise.
